**RECIPE IDEA** Our go-to recipe when first trying our products is the Butter Bean & Squash Curry which is absolutely delicious, details of the ingredients and method are below:
1 cup Butter Beans, 1 cup Chopped Butternut Squash, 1/2 cup Coconut Milk,
2 tsp Turmeric Powder, 1/4 tsp Cumin, 2 tsp Paprika, 1 tsp Black Pepper, Sea salt to taste, 1 tsp Garlic Powder, 1 tsp Onion Powder, 1/2 tsp Ground Pimento, 1/2 tsp Ground Mustard Seeds, 1/2 tsp Ground Coriander, 1/2 tsp Celery Powder (optional), Mama Ntsama Classic Chilli Sauce to taste of course.
Firstly, peel and chop the butternut squash then bring a pot of water to the boil and add the butternut squash, enough to cover 1/2 inch. Cook for 5-7 minutes and add the butter beans and cook for 5 minutes. Add in the coconut milk and all of the seasonings. Cook for an additional 5 minutes or until butternut squash is soft.
Serve with Quinoa, Brown or Red Rice.
